HERE ARE SOME EXERCISES YOU CAN DO USING THE  Floor Exerciser


To work your thighs:
Step 1  : Lie on your  back

Step 2  : Bend your knees to about  45 degrees . Your feet should be flat on the floor.


Step 3  : Place the  Floor Exerciser   between your inner thighs. It should be positioned so that it resembles an  inverted “V”.


Step 4  : Squeeze your thighs  together . Even if the  Floor Exerciser  only moves a few centimeters, you will work  your thigh muscles .

Work to squeeze harder by moving the Floor Exerciser  further inward  as you use it. 


Step 5  : Do  15 to 20 reps . To increase intensity, do  slow reps  or pause at the beginning of the squeezing movement during each rep.
To work your arms and chest:

Step 1  : Grasp the  Floor Exerciser handles  with your hands, holding them in front of you. You can be sitting or standing.


Step 2  : Make sure that when you push inward, the  Floor Exerciser  is positioned correctly, so that the middle of the “V” shape  pushes outward  and not inward, towards  your chest .

Step 3  : Push the  handles together  while allowing your  elbows  to move  outward , toward your ribs.

Step 4  : Do  15 to 20 repetitions . This exercise targets your chest muscles.
